Samir Zabaneh

Samir is the Chairman and CEO of TouchBistro Inc., a software company providing various restaurant management and payments solutions. He is also a member of the boards of directors and member of the audit committees of Nuvei Inc. (NASDAQ: NVEI) and ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW).

Samir is a seasoned financial technology executive having gained experience and held various leadership roles at Fiserv Inc. (previously First Data Inc.), Global Payments Inc. (previously Heartland Payments), and Moneris Solutions Corporation. Earlier in his career Samir held various roles at Fortress Investment Group, Newcourt Capital Inc., and Q9 Networks Inc. Samir has an MSc. Finance from Boston College, an MBA from Suffolk University, and a BSc. Accounting from Northeastern University.

Samir was born and raised in Amman, Jordan, to parents of Palestinian heritage. Samir now lives with his wife and three children in Toronto.
