Richard Dale

Richard has been Board President of Kids4Peace International, and is a long-time major donor and supporter of programs in Jerusalem.

He currently works at Optum, within UnitedHealth Group, on building major alliances with large health provider systems. Previously, he was an entrepreneur, a tech startup executive and a venture capital investor. He has been Board Chair of Hazon, a Jewish environmental sustainability organization. Richard is an award-winning mentor for early-stage startup founders.

Originally from the UK, Richard is a graduate of the University of Durham, but has lived in Boston for over 30 years, which he now calls home.
