Richard was Board President of Kids4Peace International, now part of Seeds of Peace, and is a long-time major donor and supporter of our programs in Jerusalem.

Richard is an executive coach for leaders serious about their leadership in large and small organizations. He previously worked at Optum building major alliances with large health provider systems. Previously, he was an entrepreneur, a tech startup executive and a venture capital investor. He was also Board Chair of Hazon (now Adamah), a Jewish environmental sustainability organization. Richard is an award-winning mentor for early-stage startup founders.

Originally from the UK, Richard is a graduate of the University of Durham, but has lived in Boston for over 30 years, which he now calls home.
