Julie is a member of Seeds of Peace’s Advancement Committee and is currently working on a nonfiction book. Her prior experience includes Development Director at the largest Native American lobby group in Washington, D.C., and extensive experience in non-profit fundraising in Orlando. Previously, Julie owned an art and framing business for 11 years in Florida.

Prior to joining Seeds of Peace’s Advancement Committee, Julie and her family lived in Europe for four years, while her husband, Ambassador Robert Mandell, served as a United States Ambassador to Luxembourg. Her family now resides in Winter Park, Florida.
