Alina Shkolnikov

Alina is an expert at devising strategies for catalytic capital aimed at macro-economic impact, as well as innovative tools for increasing ROI.
In her most recent role at the Emond de Rothschild Foundation (IL) she built the impact innovation department, where she managed million-dollar projects and drafted the ESG and impact investing strategy, as well as consulted for EdRTECH (VC – fund of funds). She has a vast international experience in leading global incubation and acceleration processes in both the private and public sectors, at Presentense and HP, including seven technological innovation programs in English, Russian and Hebrew. She is Chair of the Israeli Board of Seeds of Peace and a Board Member at Forum Dvorah.
Recognized for her passion and achievements towards social and environmental change, Alina was selected for TheMarker’s 2021 40 under 40 list.
Alina was a Seeds of Peace camper in 2002 and 2003, and a GATHER Fellow in 2016.
