We are reconsidering the wording of our mission statement—a process that began at our staff retreat, as our team looks to center dialogue more in our language.
Please consider the following potential mission statements, with attention to the differences in a) who we target, b) how we describe what we do, c) the different depictions of vision at the end.

“Seeds of Peace develops courageous leaders who work in solidarity across differences to create more just and inclusive societies.”

“Seeds of Peace develops leaders who use dialogue to engage across differences to create more just and inclusive societies.”

“Seeds of Peace inspires and equips new generations of leaders to transform conflict and solve problems through dialogue.”

“Seeds of Peace equips new generations of leaders to bridge divides and transform conflict through dialogue in order to build a world where everyone is free and safe.”

“Seeds of Peace gives rise to new generations of leaders who use dialogue to bridge divides and transform conflict in order to build a more peaceful world.”
