Since 1993, Seeds of Peace has invested in developing new generations of leadership in areas of conflict. Our Seeds are now assuming key positions across all sectors of society. Many are at pivotal points in their careers where they can begin blending their goals as Seeds and as professionals in order to help shift the landscape of conflict. To support these Seeds through this important process, we created the Support Network (SuN) for Seeds.
SuN for Seeds helps Seeds of Peace’s strongest alumni pursue personal and professional ambitions that will enable them to reach their potential as leaders and influencers of peace within their societies. The program matches Graduate Seeds with Coaches, high-level professionals with specific expertise related to the Seed’s interest, who can provide solid mentorship.

“Sessions with my Coach were great. My Coach was an expert on the subject I needed first-hand tutoring on, and was a great listener who helped me organize my thoughts. Just having those talks gave me motivation to work harder on my goals.” — Agam (Israeli Seed)
