Paving the way for women to take leadership roles in the security sector.
How have you impacted your community?
Over the past decade, I have dedicated my career to social entrepreneurship, technological innovation, and strategic communication. I am the Global Manager of the iCoach Program at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Previously, I served as the Head of Communications and Business Development Intelligence at Wikistrat. My expertise in innovation dates back to my role as Director of Content and Programs for PresenTense, where I helped run five social and technological accelerators around the world.
I completed a BA in Communications and am finalizing a Master’s degree in Security and Military Strategy at Tel Aviv University. My thesis examines behavioral economics and territorial conflict. I am a graduate of the Mahindra UWC of India and an active member of the Israeli UWC National Committee.
My concerns about global social cohesion and economic development led me to co-found House of Genius Israel and the Women’s Parliament. My GATHER project Ms.Catt, aims to facilitate the implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325, urging member states to increase the participation of women and incorporate gender perspectives in global security efforts, in non-Western conflict countries. Ms. Catt wishes to apply “Nudge Theory” to grow the security leadership pipeline in these countries.
