Ghada Sousou is the CEO of Sousou Partners. Ghada conducts senior management recruiting assignments for clients globally.

In addition, Ghada also runs Sousou Partners management consulting solutions business including succession planning and deal/operating platform introductions.

Before founding Sousou Partners, Ghada spent five years as a Fund Manager at Wafra Investment Advisory Group in New York where she was responsible for building and managing a portfolio of equity and treasury investments in Latin America, Southern Europe, and the Middle East.

Ghada completed her MBA at Babson Graduate School focusing on Entrepreneurship and Finance, and received her BA in Computer Science from Boston College. She speaks Arabic and French, and basic Greek and Spanish.
